Requirements:
• Proven track record in the training field and well-versed in any of the following areas: service quality training, experiential training, team building, mindset training relating to service quality, innovation and creativity
• Any professional certification in Training & Development/Human Resource Development/Training & Education or its equivalent
• Candidates possessing Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or its equivalent preferred• Excellent communication, interaction and facilitation skills
• Pleasant and warm personality, with excellent ability to engage participants in the training programme
• High degree of drive and passion for stand-up training• Candidates who are effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin will have added advantage
