Job Description and requirement
• Provide administrative support to the Events team and assist in the logistic organization of all assigned events.
• Assist the Events teams in ensuring high standards and quality of events in order to maximize the company operations.
• Diploma or relevant holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
• Chinese Female, age from 21 yrs to 25 yrs
• Only Singaporean & PR need apply
• Able to start within short notice

• Vivacious, high-spirited and able to communicate with people of all levels
• Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills
• Willing to keep long hours whenever required
• Preferred: Class 3 driving licence
