Job title: Manager – Product Design & Development
Location : Bukit Merah
Specific responsibilities include:
• Design new training strategies and materials
• Manage and implement training design projects
• Work with business managers to customise existing training programmes
• Derive programme positioning, pricing and promotional plan
• Conduct train-the-trainer programmes
• Monitor programme effectiveness and provide content enhancements
Requirements:
• Candidates possessing Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or its equivalent will have distinct advantage
• 3-5 years experience in HRD and/or training and development function
• Hands-on knowledge in instructional design is a must
• Excellent facilitating, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Minimum Degree qualification in the relevant field
